The methodological and methodical going is improved near systematization of indicators of weak signals and forming of the system of adaptive control on the basis of dominant strategy which takes into account weak signals and oriented to realities and potential of chemical enterprise. Methodology of the use of methods of adaptive control is worked out as to the inalienable constituent of general corporate strategy which enables strengthening of competition positions of every enterprise of chemical complex and rationalization of management charts industry. Scientific developments, got as a result of the executed research, can be used in activity of Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine, inculcated in practice of work of executive local-authority (department of chemical industry of Donetsk), and also inculcated on the enterprises of chemical industry (is business "Concern "Stirol "). Meaningfulness of the got scientific results is confirmed by a publication 12 monographs, 5 textbooks, 25 reasons in professional editions, 15 reasons in international editions and lectures on научно-практических and international conferences, 3 publications in international scientifically-metrical databases.5481
