The object of researching is the process of teaching inofons Russian language. The subject is the system of teaching scientific style of speaking inofons and scientific texts of educational and applied character. The aim of the research is development and introduction into educational process effective models and technologies of formation and development of scientific style of foreign students speaking of all levels of education Methods of researches- descriptive and context methods also elements of component, statistic and sociolinguistic methods, empirical method, analyses of scientific and lingvodidactical literature, studying of experience, modeling, pedagogic experiment, testing and conversations. Scientific novelty and theoretical meaning of researches. Firstly in Ukrainian lingvodidactics is proposed the system of teaching of scientific speaking of foreign students and developed effective technology of analyses of scientific text. Scientific style with its lexical, morphological and syntax features is characterized. The features of analytic and synthetic processing of information while writing of secondary texts (conspectus, summary, report, and thesis) which is an integral component of professional and communicative competence of specialists in every sphere is searched and described and technologies of formation and extension necessary for them are developed and described. Criterions which sign the culture of oral report (discussion, scientific debates, disputes, and polemics) are marked. Scientific understyles and their genres varieties are classified. Their specific features are described and the specificity of working with each genre while teaching Russian language to foreign students is established. General and special skills that are necessary while working with scientific texts are determined. Models and technologies of forming and development of skills while teaching of Russian language to foreign students are developed. Abilities which are necessary for oral reports are distinguished and methodology of its formation and development if formed. seminars, scientific forums are discussed. The sphere of usage - the higher education.
