Object: 75 patients with bronchial asthma. Aim : improving quality of life in patients with asthma by examining violations of the functional state of the cardiorespiratory system in a graduated exercise and develop ways of preventing their progression . Methods: clinical, functional , and statistical . Was found that in patients with bronchial asthma has worsened biophysical parameters of deformability and osmotic resistance of red blood cells, namely on the red cell membrane, a decrease in the relative charge ( RH ) and an increase in the relative potential gradient ( RPG ) . At mild asthma all of these changes are seen only during exacerbation of the disease, normalize in remission. At moderate BA is a steady rise and fall of RH and RPG with the formation of pathological morfoform and microcytosis , regardless of the phase of the disease. Also found that in patients with bronchial asthma with a slight persistent course, is not variations in the performance of cardio - vascular system at maximum effort , maximum level of performance of the load was reduced by 10.5 % during exacerbation and 2.5 % - in remission. 100% of patients with moderate asthma exacerbation there is a decrease of metabolic cost of work performed ( MET) to an average of (4,8 ± 1,6) kcal / kg and the level of work done to an average of (68,6 ± 4 7 )%, (0,6 ± 0,2) W / kg (92,3 ± 6,8) Wat. In the remission of the disease are reduced : The metabolic cost of work (MET ) to (4,7 ± 1,3) kcal / kg, exercise capacity (W) to (78,6 ± 4,3)% and (1,2 ± 0.1 ) W / kg.
