Object of research: reproductive mechanisms in strategic commodity markets of Ukraine. Subject of research: the process of regulation of the resources reproduction in the national strategic commodity markets in order of social and economic potential realization of sustainable development in the post-crisis period. Theoretical and methodological basis of research: the paradigm of sustainable development and management leverages of the efficiency regulation for the functioning of integrated commodity markets, the theory of added value renewal in sectors of commodity markets, methodology of governmental regulation of strategic integrated commodity markets (including grain-market) in order of improvement of reproductive processes, methodology for determining of the comprehensive efficiency of the commodity markets , based on the theory of market equilibrium and social justice in noncooperative games. The aim of the research is: to develop the theoretical and methodological principles of formation and implementation of regulatory mechanisms to encourage the implementation of socio -economic potential of sustainable development through the reproductive processes in the system of strategically important markets of Ukraine on the basis of maintenance of complex socio -ecological- economic efficiency by enhancing the investment , foreign trade, establishing reproductive processes in the grain market and energy security. Results: - It's proposed the methodology and methodical approach to the effectiveness evaluation of investments in strategic commodity markets in the context of the paradigm of sustainable development, which is to determine the comprehensive effectiveness of reproductive processes in the economic, social, fiscal aspects and represents a modern interpretation and improvement of the theory of economic equilibrium, which, in the context of sustainable development, is not only about balancing the resulting performance, but it's aimed on achieving of the interests balance of society, state and business; - It's developed the conceptual bases of functioning of integrated grain market as a system of interactions and relationships between structure- sectors (agricultural, processing, infrastructure, consumer), focused on achieving of binary the mission for the tandem of its economic and social components of basic and specific functions (systeming , modeling, donoric and the function of economic growth ) of market in the national economy; - The two types of reproduction processes deformations on the integrated grain market of Ukraine are identified, according to two phases of the reproductive cycle of consumer goods cost: structural and financial.
