Of the 22 sequences from the genome of flax selected 8 sequences , which, with high probability encoding tselyulozosyntazy flax. There are 17 genes ? and ? tubulin flax identified 10 genes that encode actin sequence . Done design primers to study the expression of genes encoding tselyulozosyntazu , tubulin , actin . Has been selected reference gene expression which does not change during plant growth and development . Primers were synthesized to study the expression of the reference gene and genes encoding tselyulozsyntazu , alpha -and beta- tubulin , actin .
