It was established that melting in argon Ni-Mn-Cu alloys with high manganese has a more stable composition than the alloys melting by submerged . Increasing of smelting temperature reduces the casting propensity to porosity in ingots . It is shown that the manganese content in the alloys to 25% makes possible to obtain a metal with high strength and ductility. At a higher content of manganese alloys are embrittled. It was established that the presence of tin as an alloying element improves the fluidity of the solder on the substrate. Experiments were also carried soldering lap joints experimental solders.Solder joints of steel X18H9T showed quite good strength characteristics . Found that the highest shear strength showed an experienced solder number 3 of Ni-Mn-Cu-Sn. All samples have been destroyed in the seam .
