The object of study to the metals industry, namelythe intermediate ladle-mold - the secondary cooling zone of the CCM. The purpose of the work was to study the heat and mass transfer and crystallization processes of formation of continuously graded, bloom and slab blanks using this inert gas purge in caster tundish, methods of external influences (electromagnetic stirring, mixing gas-impulse, the imposition of vibration) on the liquid metal in the mold and in the area secondary-cooling. The formation of flow patterns in the liquid bath tundish while varying the design parameters of the metal reservoir, investigated the effect of EMF on the parameters of the thermal performance of the mold. the influence of vibration exposure and gas-impulse mixing on the formation of bloom billets proposed algorithm for estimating modes taplootvoda in the secondary cooling zone.
