Object of research - oniono-like carbon, ultra-nanodiamond, nanotubes and fullerenes, tumor cell line breast adenocarcinoma (MCF-7). Purpose - comparing qualities of carbon nanomaterials (diamond-like carbon nanotubes, fullerenes ) as an adhesive matrix for growing cells with variable phenotype and examining specifics of cellular morphogenesis spheroids in terms of cellular microenvironment modifications nanostructures. Research methods - methods of cell culture, cyto- morphological, ELISA, immunocytochemical stain, research methods of spectral Fourier spectrometry. The study revealed that the nanoscale structure of carbon units onions, UDA and C60 affect the adhesion of cells in the culture and education of multicellular aggregates and can determine the further development of the cell population. Aggregates onions and UDA help reduce cell adhesion to the substrate and an increasing number of small cell spheroids up to 1 • 10-3 mm3. C60 HT and vice versa creates conditions for the formation of cell aggregates of up to 5?10-3 mm3. These findings are also confirmed by statistical calculations correlation between the concentration and the size of BHM cell spheroids using the Pearson correlation coefficient, which is for onions- 0.84, UDA - 0.74, and 0.5 for fullerenes, NT-0.88. Furthermore, BHM exhibit different absorption qualities affecting the concentration of growth factors in the culture medium and , as a consequence, the growth of the tumor culture. Thus, the fullerene onions and UDD at a concentration of 100 ug/ ml may reduce the concentration of the epidermal growth factor of 37.5%, 47% and 42% respectively. But in the presence of EGF increased the number of HT by 32%. In the future it is necessary to find out whether BHM stimulate secretory activity of the cells, or only observed absorption of biological molecules on the surface of BHM. Keywords: Tumor cells of breast cancer, nanostructured carbon materials, fullerenes, ultra disperse nanodiamonds, multicellular spheroids.
