Object of study - the processes of increasing the competitive potential through effective management of production, innovation, marketing, financial, labor, sales and investment capacity of industrial enterprises. Purpose of research - development theoretical and methodological provisions in formation mechanisms of increasing competitiveness through effective competitive potential management of industrial enterprises. The specific fundamental problem within the general problem is to find efficient mechanisms of competitive potential' formation by creating an integrated system of industrial enterprises economic resources' efficient use. In carrying out scientific research were used traditional and special methods, including: historical and logical, regression, correlation and stochastic analysis, systems analysis, methods of economic-mathematical modeling. The main result of scientific research is theoretical and methodological provisions increasing competitiveness mechanisms' formation through industrial enterprises' effective management of competitive potential. As a result of research developed principles, foundations and approaches to improve competitive capacity in the system of industrial enterprises' effective management. Proposed the mechanism of mutually agreed management of marketing, manufacturing, financial, scientific, technical, personnel and others potentials in the industrial enterprises' competitiveness management as well as recommendations for its implementation in practice of industrial enterprises. Developed the methodological apparatus of industrial enterprises' competitive potential management and guidance of feasibility study management decisions implementing regarding competition policy, grounded directions competitiveness management' mechanism implementation in the system of industrial enterprises' effective management. Developments that were obtained during research work have scientific value and used for educational purposes Khmelnitsky National University, as well as a number of engineering enterprises Khmelnitsky region.
