The taxonomic position of the 3 strains of bacteria of the genus Bacillus and 4 strains of Pseudomonas batumici - producers of antibiotics batumin had been established. The lipopeptide antibiotics, carotenoid pigments, hydrolytic enzymes of bacteria of the genera Bacillus, low molecular weight bacteriocins of bacterial genus Pseudomonas were isolated, described, identified and investigated for biological properties. The biotech basics for creation of preparations from Bacillus for livestock and agricultural crop are developed and proved their efficacy. The mechanism of action of cerbiden and phenylheptatryin against Candida albicans is established
