Major advantages of hybrid cars are presented. It proved that hybrid cars are effective way to reduce a pollution of the atmosphere air and decrease costs for fuel.The environmental impact assessment of highway on the environment is analyzed by means of identifying and improving the mechanisms to minimize negative factors impact on the environment with consideration of possible options of highway trajectory.
