Research object: activity of doctors of дерматовенерологів, domestic doctors, ліжковий fund, morbidity by dermatosiss and ІПСШ for period 2008-2014, quality indexes. The aim of work was: improvement of grant of дерматовенерологічної help to the patients in establishments of different level on the modern stage and development of new quality and quantitative indexes of the specialized help. Research methods: statistical, epidemiology, analytical, questionnaire. For period of reform in a health protection in Ukraine for 2008-2014 the amount of dispensaries diminished on 29,6 %%, cabinets on a 19,8 %%, amount of beds diminished to 0,79 on a 10000 population, including for children to 0,88. On And even grants of medicare to the population, for to data of areas, it appears from 6,7 %% to 19,0 %% patients with шкірно-венерологічні diseases. Modern level of дерматовенерологічної practice of domestic doctor something grew, but domestic doctors are not yet able to satisfy the real requirements of population in a дерматовенерологічній help.Delegation of functions of дерматовенеролога on the level of general practitioner is premature and threatens distribution of ІПСШ and skin illnesses. On the example of establishments of шкірно-венерологічного profile of ІІ of level of grant of medicare marked, that indexes of morbidity on a line 12.0 and 12.1 (infections of skin and hypoderm) in the last few years went down more than in 3 times. It is possible to consider that indexes that characterize temporal nonoperability are sensible enough and informing. Considered activity of Communal establishments of ІІІ of level - ОШВД of the Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv and Chernivtsi areas, that showed sufficient availability of grant of the specialized medicare to the population and her modern level. The most effective methods of serum researches are certain on a syphilis at the different stages of disease, high efficiency of application of the worked out interlaboratory checking of quality of researches system is shown.
