A educational-methodical complex is worked out with the use of ICT. Using of facilities of ICT is inculcated for exposition of disciplines of electrical engineering cycle. It is set that preparation of students from the row of disciplines must be built on principles of moduleness of studies, providing of differentiation studies and drawing on a educational-methodical complex. It is necessary to apply the special methods and forms of studies, in particular interactive methods; practical employments on the design of the real situations of studies, analysis of situations of methodical and pedagogical maintenance. It is well-proven that at drawing on a educational-methodical complex with the use of ICT the quantitative and high-quality indexes of forming of knowledge and abilities of students in experimental groups rose on 5-7 %.
