For the first time it's proposed to determine the main parameters of these machines as a set of technological and structural components; developed a system of common indicators of quality assessment; established analytical relationship between the design parameters and functional movements at an angle; determined kinematic dependence workspace, stiffness matrix of the mechatronic rod structures; mathematically substantiated the possibility of increasing the accuracy by indirect determination of geometry; developed a new theory of experimental and analytical synthesis of multidimensional control systems, new methods of optimal robust filtering signals and optimal multidimensional stabilization. The prototypes of modular machines with mechatronic rod structures are designed and manufactured.
