A research purpose is an increase of longevity of slag bowls, increases of longevity of валопроводов турбоагрегатов. The theoretical methods of research are in-process utillized, namely mathematical design of the tensely deformed state of elements of equipment and design of motion of elements of equipment during workings processes. The materials presented in a report can be useful students, graduate students and research workers which work in the indicated directions. Theoretical and practical results: 1. On the example of the tensely deformed state of slag bowl of blast-furnace production theoretical research of the state of elements of metallurgical equipment which works in the conditions of high temperatures is executed. The features of work of these elements which before was not taken into account are set. For the increase of reliability of work of slag bowl and cutting of costs of operations it is suggested to strengthen the corps of bowl the additional ribs welded on to him inflexibilities which prevent appearance of dangerous deformations of bending of bowl. 2. At research of vibrations the followings results are got: - reasons, frequencies and amplitudes of vibrations which need to be taken into account at implementation of repair and project works for a reliable contact with foundation, are generalized; - the consisting of pre-production model is certain of material of "Multimetall Stahl 1018" during his setting in to the slot of fundamental frame of cylinder of low pressure of thermal power-station; - tensions and moving of 3D model of pre-production model, built in the complex of the programs of Solid Works are certain; - the structural features of placing of supporting elements are recommended in the slots of fundamental frames; - algorithms are offered for practical researches of VAT of supporting elements of fundamental frames which are executed by the programs of Microsoft Excel and Solid Works.
