The target of the paper is the process of functioning and development of ensuring the uniformity of pressure measurements. The goal of the paper is to ensure the uniformity and necessary accuracy of measurements of overpressures in the range from 1 · 10^7 Pa to 4 · 10^8 Pa in "pressure" subtype of measurements. The subject of the research is the creation of the national primary measurement standard of the unit of pressure for overpressure in the range from 1 · 10^7 Pa to 4 · 10^8 Pa. The study of devices for creating the pressure of 60 МPа and 400 МPа manometers was carried out, the computerized system for determining the parameters of the measuring piston systems was developed and studied, the measuring piston system of 400 МPа manometer was manufactured and studied, the set of balance weights was manufactured and studied, the experimental prototype of the system of pressure propagation was designed and manufactured, the stands and racks to place the measurement standard were manufactured, methodology of calculation of the created pressure was developed.5481
