The main results of the study, describing scientific novelty include: Organizing the regulatory framework of the customs intermediaries and their cooperation with the customs departments DFS Ukraine; Monitoring current situation and ways to improve the process of customs clearance and customs declaration of goods subjects of mediation in Ukraine; Formation of proposals to improve and optimize the performance of all necessary operations on the declaration of goods and customs brokers Ltd.
