Karazin popup.description2 The objects of experimental studies: layered structures - НоВа2Сu3О7-? and Zr2(Al1-xBix) C; Cd0.22Hg0.78Te - semiconductors. Purpose - to study the features of the charge and heat transport. Method of research - experimental determination of the electrical and thermal conductivity as a function of external factors; analysis of obtained dependencies. In НоВа2Сu3О7-? the hydrostatic pressure initiates the emergence of new phases with different Tc. In the phase with a lower Tc the transverse coherence length, c(0) and the interval of existence of the fluctuation conductivity are smaller than for the initial phase. The relaxation parameters characterizing the scattering of charge carriers by phonons and defects are associated with the redistribution of oxygen between the phases. In the area of 77-170 K the electrical conductivity of Cd0.22Hg0.78Te is limited by scattering of charge carriers by phonons. The thermal conductivity is limited by phonon-phonon scattering. The lattice parameters and the electronic structure of Bi solid solutions in MAX phases Zr2(Al1-xBix)C are calculated. Bi increases the lattice constant a, and reduce the lattice constant c. Zr2(Al1-xBix)C shows a metal-like behavior with low resistance at 0.25<x<0.75. The results obtained can be used to create materials with predetermined characteristics.
