The purpose of the work is to manufacture a prototype of laboratory instrument for studying the fatigue of asphalt concrete at cyclic multiple loading. As a result of the R&D work fulfillment, a mechanical loading node was made which consists of a mechanism of fixing a laboratory sample and a direct mechanism of applying the deformation of a given value to the sample, and also a set of equipment for the recording of fatigue indicators equipped with force and displacement sensors and the appropriate modules for receiving the signals from sensors and for controlling the modes of fatigue testing. Accepted elements and components of the equipment ensure the ability to reproduce the fatigue test mode at cyclic dynamic loading in accordance with EN 12697-24.
