The aim is to study the characteristics of sovereignty in globalization of social life, on the one hand, and national and state differences on the other. Relevance of the research is determined by the fact that in modern conditions the process of globalization of economic and cultural life of society, affecting the sovereignty issue, as it is understood in the formation of modern states. Analysis of this phenomenon and its impact on the situation of countries now devoted to this study. In the study methods used: comparative analysis, systems analysis, dialectical method, historical analysis. The study had been resolved following tasks: certain methodological aspects of state sovereignty was the influence of social policy regions in the State Sovereignty of Ukraine, given the definition of information sovereignty marked the limits of influence of the language policy of a sovereign Ukraine in the context of globalization, the role of reforms in Ukraine for the development of public sovereignty. Theoretical and practical results of the study can be used in the management of public authorities and society. Materials research can later be used in political science in management science and society.
