The object of study is European state-legal, cultural and historical processes in the South of Ukraine. The subject of research is the historical reconstruction of social-economic, educational and church confessional processes in the South of Ukraine chronological within the second half of the XIX century - the beginning of XXI century in terms of post-communist reality and modernization of Ukrainian nationhood. The paper is analyzed the historical retrospective integration Jewish scientists to the scientific community of Odessa in the first half of the XX century, Reproduced control system in agriculture governor "Transnistria" 1941-1944., Traces of building inter-church dialogue Ukrainian Orthodox confessions and the Romanian Orthodox Church during the Second World War, disclosed creative trends in the Odessa Art school (40-70's. XX century.), shows the education and charity Mykolaiv regional organization Rukh during 1989-1996. The subjects were the subject of state-legal and socio-political realities in the context of a comparative analysis of the general principles of international law and its application in national legislation, classification and structure of international and national law and the legal and technical aspects of unification of international and national law. Also traced ethnic features language picture of the world, specialists in ukrainian linguistic aspect in teaching Ukrainian as a foreign language, cognitive processing of materials made in the study and use of foreign language and modern teaching methods defined by law students English. In the literary context structure is defined semantics own name in the prose works Panas Mirny. An integrated approach in the proposed state budgetary work, built on a wide, varied reservoir of historical, legal and linguistic-literary sources and modern methods. An unbiased analysis of a wide historiographic bloc Ukrainian and foreign scientific literature, contributed to achieving the set objective all study participants and synthesized goal. Summary and conclusions of various segments facilitate their practical application in a scientific sense, and social area. The results of scientific results for 2016 reflected in 1 (11,5 pp) monograph. Scientific conclusions and generalizations of these thematic areas public teachers in the pages of scientific publications (professional journals, collections, etc.) - 25 scientific and methodological publications, including 17 specialized, 3 articles published in foreign journals. Recommendations outlined in the scientific heritage inculcated in the educational process and historiography is significant in the history and culture of the South of Ukraine.
