popup.description2
Theoretical basis of the electronic networked educational environments (ENEE) that from the technological point of view are sophisticated associations of complex systems used to support coordinated networked training activities of the distributed user community in real time. The scientific foundation for construction of basic backbone ENEE models is proposed: an abstract layered ENEE model, a model for formal description of ENEE learning resources to support mass lifelong learning, a model of higher level semantics, a model for e-content construction, as well as technologies for server-oriented cloud-based support of various educational services, organization and delivery of training.
