An additional spheroidal integral of motion and a group of dynamic symmetry in the model quantum-mechanical problem of two centers qZ1Z2? with Coulomb and oscillator interaction are established. The discrete spectrum of the problems qZZ? and qZ1Z2 is analyzed asymptotically for large and small intercenter distances R. Spheroidal corrections to the spherical and parabolic bases of the hydrogen atom for small and large R are obtained. WKB solutions of the Dirac equation with an arbitrary axially symmetric potential are derived and the probability of tunneling ionization of the relativistic atom by parallel electric and magnetic fields is calculated.
