The new fluoride conductive phases with fluorite, gagarinite and tysonite structures are synthesized by solid phase synthesis and co-precipitation. The obtained results are necessary for optimization of the composition of electrode and electrolyte materials of electrochemical devices of various applications: chemical current sources, sensors, ion-selective electrodes. For the first time the hydrothermal method synthesized single-phase nanosized complex oxide compounds with a particle size of 5 to 13 nm and a zirconium dioxide content of at least 60 mole%.
