Besides, in the course of water transportation also there are its certain losses caused by liquidation of failures, the latent sources and lacks of existing system of the account. Though reduction of losses of water, certainly, is the important problem, after all water is used unproductively, world experience confirms what to reach zero level of losses it is objectively impossible.
