Purpose: to improve the prevention of cardiovascular diseases (CVD) and increase the effectiveness of treatment of AH, coronary heart disease and their complications, combined with certain diseases of internal organs, in civil servants. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaire, statistical. The results of the survey of 1113 patients were presented, and a retrospective analysis of 942 cases of acute coronary syndrome (ACS) / myocardial infarction (MI) was performed. In addition, 63 doctors and 102 nurses were enrolled. A special questionnaire was proposed for the first time to standardize the approaches to determine the stage of readiness for changes in behavioral risk factors for CVD. The implemented approach allows conducting individualized preventive counseling. The technologies for raising public awareness about healthy lifestyles and prevention of CVD have been improved. It has been shown that in men with disturbances of purine metabolism (hyperuricemia and gout) there is a more severe course of AH, compared with patients with normal levels of uric acid. According to the results of the local departmental registry of patients with MI, an increase in the incidence of primary percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with MI with or without ST segment elevation during the period 2010-2016 was demonstrated, which is in line with the European trend. The pathogenetic and clinical features of the course of AH and its complications associated with some comorbid conditions, namely, anemia and systemic vasculitis, are established. Clinical and biochemical predictors of hemorrhagic complications, as well as acute kidney failure in ACS have been identified. It is proved that AH is a significant factor in the deterioration of cognitive function. Changes in the parameters of electroencephalography in patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy, which was combined with significant deterioration of memory, were revealed, indicating a damage of the median nonspecific structures of the brain at the level of the lower parts of its trunk.
