An analysis of the latest electronic databases of factors available on the Internet resources and their adaptation for further use in chorological GIS analysis was conducted. There were collected and analyzed 3200 geocoded dot data of 17 species - amphibians (8), reptiles (9), and the database was added (Excel, 2017-2018). From base CliMond (35) 9 basic bioclimatic parameters are chosen. Using GIS-simulations, a holographic analysis of available data on fauna of Ukraine, vulnerable to global climate change, was carried out. The climatic risks of the existence of the batraho- and herpetofauna of Ukraine in the near future (up to 2030) are revealed. These results can be applied in the theoretical, scientific and educational process (textbooks, lectures, and practices) in educational institutions. The results can be used by the National Commission for the Management of the Red Data Book of Ukraine, the Ministry of Environmental Protection to develop measures for the conservation of rare species of Ukraine and valuable territories.
