The object of research is the processes of bending shells and profiling rims of automobile wheels. The purpose of the work is to clarify the level of energy-power parameters of bending and profiling processes based on the development of numerical theoretical models of processes. Research methods and equipment - finite difference method, finite element method, physical modeling. Theoretical and practical results - mathematical models, set the level of power parameters during bending and profiling shells automotive wheel rims. Experimentally confirmed the adequacy of theoretical models profiling open bent profiles. Novelty - the dependencies of the energy-force parameters of shells bending and automobile wheels rims profiling depending on the boundary parameters of the processes are specified.
