In the framework of the electron scattering theory, the effect of spin-polarized current on the magnetic dynamics through the spin torque is studied. The regularities of out-equilibrium magnetic dynamics related to the exchange interaction and electron-magnon scattering is described. It is proposed the description of magneto-mechanical properties of film magnetic structures with a periodic system of magnetic stripes.
