The work purpose is to develop theoretical bases, technical means and software products for technological production preparation of products with a selective laser agglomeration and a processing post. The research method consists of morphological analysis of 3D image products to ensure adoption of rational decisions at a stage of preparation for their materialization. For subject domain of mechanical engineering the morphological analysis is defined as a structural and quantitative analysis of the solid-state product considered as the form of elementary superficial objects system limiting body space. As the main approaches to the morphological analysis it is offered to use morphometric and topological features of solid-state triangulable models. The complexity degree methodology assessment of industrial products is based on the curvature analysis of their surfaces was offered and developed. Based on the developed approaches the original software "System of the morphological analysis of 3D images of products" at the level of the finished software product allowing to make rational technological decisions at a stage of preparation for layer-by-layer cultivation of products was created. The analysis was made and recommendations for a post products processing of additive production based on the integrated processes of materials machining were developed.
