The basic provisions of the system of urban cadaster have been investigated. Theoretical-methodical provisions and practical recommendations for improvement of the system of management of objects of land-property complex KHNUMG them. O. M. Beketov by means of GIS, the relevance of its application for various spheres of the economy is substantiated. The proposed technology of collecting attributive and three-dimensional spatial information about the building, based on executive surveys by geodetic methods, will allow to form a 3D-cadastre in urban areas, which will increase the efficiency and validity of decision-making in the field of land-property relations.
