Information modeling of systems of situation identification in the form of intellectual agent is carried out through presentation of a domain ontology in the form of a conceptual graph. The method of adaptive clustering of ontologies is developed. The method is constructed by applying a stochastic approximation to the condition of complementary rigidity, which describes the Nash equilibrium solution of a non-cooperative game. The developed game method provides clustering of ontologies under conditions of stochastic uncertainty. The software was implemented as separate modules of the decision support system in different subject domains (functioning of employment service, formation of united territorial communities, pipeline monitoring).
