Studied composite multilayer nanostructures provide possibility to realize one-stage recording of surface relief without selective etching. For the first time it was shown, that direct simultaneous one stage optical recording of surface and magnetic relief is possible using composite multilayer nanostructure As2S3:Mn 2wt.% -Se.
