In case of Ukraine it is complicated by the industry misbalance and imperfect management. The proposed implementation of the adapted managerial methods with regard to agrarian markets can solve this issue. Applying the methodology of cluster modeling made possible to specify the optimal specialization in crop cultivation and animal husbandry through comparing regional agriculture. The consequent monitoring by the functions of coordination, control, planning, organization and motivation is a robust basis for continuous improvements of quality and effectiveness concerning the agricultural sector of the national economy. The research results substantiated that a qualitative evaluation of the transport and logistic system in Ukrainian AIC, during its harmonization with the world requirements, should be conducted under the international techniques such as the Logistics Performance Index. The complex methodical approach to arranging inter-farm machinery maintenance has been developed with regard to the stages of implementing the logistic system “BOA”. The logistic model of optimal farmers’ services depending on the workload of equipment has been created. The theoretical summary and a new solution to the scientific and practical problems on encouraging ecologic agriculture in Ukraine have been offered. The conceptual model of economic regulation over agricultural market has been formulated by means of ecologic tools. The basic components of economic mechanism to promoting ecologization have been determined. The developed mechanism directed agricultural producers at the ecologic activity and organic production and also provided enhancements to the tangible component of motivation as well as improvements in management of intangible factors.
