The object of research is the process of scientific and innovative production of promising scientific developments in the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS", taking into account state priorities and market requirements, intellectual property rights of the NSC "Institute of Agriculture of the NAAS". The purpose of the study is to develop the scientific and organizational foundations of marketing and transfer of high-tech products, explore the market for innovative developments and create a database of completed scientific developments to bring them to the agricultural producer, identify promising developments and develop mechanisms for their implementation, develop technical and economic documentation for supporting innovations. Research methods - dialectical, abstract-logical, economic-statistical. Research is carried out using methodological approaches used in international practice, in particular, must meet the requirements of ISO 17025; as well as in accordance with scientific publications of the NAAS of Ukraine, NSC "Institute of Agrarian Economics" NAAS, NSAL.
