The aim of the work is to develop, synthesize and study the peculiarities of forming nanoscale film compositions on the basis of new combinations of materials for the creation of high-performance X-ray optics and nanowires. Methods of study - low-angle X-ray diffractometry, X-ray phase analysis, highresolution electron transmission microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. By the methods of X-ray diffractometry (l = 0.154051 nm) and electron microscopy nanoscale multilayer compositions (NMCs) of Mg2Si/Si, W/Mg2Si, WC/Si, W/Si, Sb/B4C, Sc/Si, Sc/C/Si , Sc/W/Si, Zr/Mg obtained by direct magnetron sputtering was investigated. It was obtained data on structure, density, interlayer interaction of nanolayers in multilayer compositions Mg2Si/Si, W/Mg2Si, WC/Si, W/Si, Sb/B4C, Sc/Si, Sc/C/Si, Sc/W/Si, Zr/Mg depending on magnetron sputtering parameters and annealing temperature. On the basis of the results of the performed researches the peculiarities of changes in the structure of Sb/B4C multilayer compositions with crystalline Sb layers during thermal action are established. The effect of heating in the temperature range of 100 - 600 ° C on the change in the structure of the Zr/Mg BC grown on a silicon substrate was also studied. The peculiarities of mixed zone formation in short-period MC W/Mg2Si in the initial state are investigated.
