The purpose of the work is to determine the physicochemical properties and concentrations of the alloying elements that contribute to the dispersion of the grain structure to the nanometer dimension of copper and aluminum during their crystallization from different media, increase their thermal stability and physico-mechanical properties. Research methods - X-ray diffractometry, high-resolution raster and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray fluorescence elemental analysis, measurement of strength and physical-mechanical properties. Technologies for obtaining laboratory samples of Cu, Al, Cu-Mo, Cu-Ta, Al-Fe in nano and submicrocrystalline state have been developed and samples of Cu, Al, Cu-Mo, Cu-Ta, Al-Fe and other similar systems have been obtained. Numerical values of structural parameters and concentrations of modifier substances in the initial condensed state are determined. Theoretical substantiation of the obtained structural states is carried out.
