An increase in species diversity and abundance of mouse rodents due to high rates of reproduction and migration were observed, which indicates active processes of adaptation to new living conditions. Morpho-physiological parameters of animals from territories with different levels of radionuclide contamination were determined. γ - and β-spectrometric studies of animals were performed, differences between species in 137Cs and 90Sr accumulation were observed.
