Mathematical modeling of work processes of this machine is carried out on the basis of application of the basic laws of mechanics and thermodynamics. The peculiarities of the kinematics of the operation of the rotary-pneumatic piston machine are described, and the results of theoretical studies are presented in the form of corresponding graphs. The design of the proposed engine is described, its various sections and 3D models are shown in graphical form, the results of testing are given. The concept of construction of an autonomous power generating complex on the basis of a rotary-pneumatic piston machine has been developed, the use of which will allow to provide stable generation of electricity from renewable energy objects operating in the energy system of Ukraine. The advantages of such complex on the basis of the use of wind energy are described and the feasibility study of its use is given.
