Kholodny Institute of Botany, NAS of Ukraine popup.description2 The unified technical protocols for standardization of programmatic and methodological bases of the digitalization, compilation, and storage of geobotanical releves have been created and normative rules governing the procedure of management and use of phytosociological data of Ukraine have been proposed. A standard species list has been developed, including 6518 vascular plant taxa and 1129 bryophytes, on the basis of which will be held digitalization and compilation of all initial phytosociological data for characterizing different types of vegetation of Ukraine throughout its territory. A standard metadata structure has been proposed, based on single header data forms, which will most completely reflect the synmorphological, ecological and geographical specificity of phytocoenoses.
