The methodological basis of scientific research was a set of different scientific methods: study and analysis; logical and comparative analysis. The following private-scientific methods were used for the direct collection and processing of the necessary information: targeted study; statistical and comparative analysis; observation, synthesis, modeling, generalization, systematization. The results of the study are aimed at improving the organization of activities of the National Police of Ukraine.
