The Hölder continuity of weak solutions of multidimensional quasi-linear elliptic and parabolic partial differential equations with non-standard structural conditions on the coefficients is established. The interior continuity of the generalized solutions of fourth-order quasi-linear equations in the divergent form with strengthened ellipticity in terms of nonlinear potentials of their right-hand sides is proved. The energy estimation method is applied to studying the behavior of weak solutions of the slow diffusion equation with singular boundary data. The asymptotics of random resonances generated by point processes of delta interactions is established.
