The purpose of scientific research is to substantiate and develop economic and mathematical methods for solving problems of effective process management in logistics systems based on the advanced solution of optimization problems using mathematical programming with fuzzy initial parameters. The achievement of this goal is conditioned by the solution of the following tasks, namely: justification of methodological tools for sustainable development of underground infrastructure facilities in Ukraine, taking into account the innovative component; legal basis justification and implementation for the development of industrial property in the system of intellectual property rights for innovative technologies in logistics; the analysis and substantiation of the most promising directions of investment in the industrial regions of Ukraine; substantiation is made and recommendations for optimization of logistic innovative management technologies at multilevel mining enterprises are developed. The subjects of the research are theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the study of the influence of economic parameters of innovative technologies of logistics systems management in order to support the sustainable development of transport enterprises. A complex of theoretical and experimental researches with the use of statistical data processing was used to solve this goal and tasks in the research work; methods of mathematical modeling and programming using modern information systems.
