In the modern world new information technologies considerably facilitate activity of the person in productions, in creation of new technical objects, systems of different function, a different class of information systems and in processes of management of different objects, systems and kinds of activity. Special attention in researches is paid to the systems of support of decision-making (SSD) – the interactive information systems intended for intellectual support of different types of activity at decision-making in case of the solution of the structured, semistructured and unstructured problems in areas which not very well are exposed to formalization. Use of SSD is aimed at the development and addition of limited opportunities of the person, helps to solve problems in measurements and statements inaccessible to the person, allows to extend experience and knowledge for the decision is considerable bigger quantity of tasks. Objective of this research is development of methodology of functional modeling for design of models of information systems, processes in the systems of support of decision-making, design of databases of information systems
