Object of research: the system of business processes of economic agents. Research objective: the further development of the theoretical and methodical aspects of creating systems of business processes across enterprises; working out the set of step-by-step methods of management and optimization of business processes with the aim to secure their sustainability. Research methods: system approach, dialectical method, analysis and synthesis, abstract and logical method, comparing economic analysis, method of plots. Theoretical and practical results: developing the model of the management system of ecological-economical business processes on the base of applying “Bizagi” platform; introducing the model of management system of basic and supplementary business processes on the base of the functional business model realized in the chart editor IDEF0; determining the set of factors that should be taken into consideration for creating the model of business processes of the modern enterprise; framing the system of criteria estimation of the efficiency of business processes, including ecological-economical and investment aspects; revealing how the features of the market of the particular economic field influence pricing mechanisms; proposing the methodical recommendations on the price differentiation. Novelty: formulating the theoretical basis and practical recommendations on how to develop the management system of business processes with the aim of their improvement by using modern methods of identification, planning and modeling in the context of sustainable economic growth. The effectiveness of the implementation: practical application of the research results by businesses will help them to enhance the effectiveness of introducing new management system focused on sustainable economic growth. Sphere of application: business sector, general public management; socio-economic management; professional, scientific and technical activities.
