The research method is a comparative analysis of the influence of the European legal paradigm on the development and functioning of domestic law. The lecturers of the Department directly indicated the content of the research problems and formulated a number of objectively determined and logically substantiated recommendations on the topic of the Department's research. They also identified problems that can serve as a subject for further scientific research, academic discussions, or actualize in further scientific developments. In the implementation of research work, three LLD Theses (Zadorozhna S.M., Karvatska S.B., Vaitsekhovska O.R.) and two PhD Theses (Manyk A.Z., Hnatyuk T.M.) were defended.
