As a result, the participants identified and argued the immaturity of the defining features of the term "art cluster" and the inconsistency of this concept of institutions that position themselves as art clusters, formulated a theoretical justification for the term "art cluster" and identified its specificity as a new way of organizing as a multifunctional urban space, proved that the art cluster is formed solely on the basis of the scheme of functional organization between the components of the process and internal relations, argued that the revitalization of public spaces for art education has a positive impact on the city as a whole, reduces crime and has a direct economic effect. The results of the scientific research allow to successfully revitalize non-operating industrial enterprises for art education, based on the developed structural and logical models that describe the functional organization of the process. Based on the developed structural and logical models and analysis of the positive experience of revitalization in different countries, it is possible to successfully implement this experience in the implementation of revitalization.
