The purpose of the work - Creation of physico-chemical bases of control of processes of synthesis of a new class of high-strength composite materials from powders of reinforced refractory compounds (TC) and high-entropic alloys (WPPs). For the first time, the results of regularities of formation of phase composition, structure and strong bond between the matrix and filler of a new class of composites of reinforced refractory compounds and wind farms, which are more than 30% higher than existing hard alloys. For the first time, the physicochemical basis for obtaining a new class of composites from reinforced refractory (WC-W2C, B4C-TiB2) compounds, which has no analogues in the world, has been established. A fundamentally new method of in-situ synthesis of reinforced ceramic materials is created, which consists in the formation of a matrix phase by selective controlled chemical interaction of WPP components with boron carbide reinforced with titanium boride fibers and tungsten semi-carbide reinforced with tungsten monocarbide fibers, which allows and a reinforced interface between the matrix and the filler phase of a highly solid in the case of tungsten monocarbide and a superhard in the case of boron carbide filler phase. Unlike all known methods of forming reinforced ceramic materials, the low temperature of 1000-1200 ℃ for the synthesis of self-reinforced composite and the formation of fine-grained thermodynamically and kinetically compatible with the matrix of submicron fibers and faceted particles of superhard refractory compounds.
