With the help of a complex method using chromatography, investigation of the propensity of specified coal bed to spontaneous combustion was carried out. It is established that coal of coalbed l3 in zone of geologacal disturbance of 1st south conveyor drift of slope №1 of mine “Krasnolimanskaya” is not dangerous for spontaneous combustion.
