The aim of the research is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations for the formation, operation and implementation of marketing and resource support in enhancing the social and labor potential of machine-building enterprises under the conditions of European integration. Traditional and special methods of research were used in the research, including: methods of historical analysis, theoretical generalization; comparative analysis and synthesis; expert methods; methods of economic and statistical analysis; graphical methods, system analysis and integrated approach. According to the results of research and development the theoretical, methodological and scientific-practical bases of analysis, increase of competitive advantages, increase of level of competitiveness of the enterprise are developed; the basic elements of the marketing subsystem of management of social and labor potential under conditions of adaptation of production systems to external markets are offered. The value of scientific research work results lies in the further development of existing and development of qualitatively new approaches to managing the social and labor potential of the enterprise on the basis of improving marketing activities, directions for improving the competitiveness of the enterprise. The results of the study are used by «LLC» Krasilivagromash, Khmelnytsky National University, as a material for further scientific development, publications and educational process.
